The Zaporozhets ZAZ-968 isn't a car you see every day. Built in the Ukraine, its rear-mounted, air-cooled V4 made it a kind of budget Soviet Chevrolet Corvair for the seventies. As utilitarian and basic as they were, they still hold a certain cachet in the former Soviet states, offering the same kind of gritty nostalgia as the Trabant does to Berliners. ...and this one has had a little of the retro treatment; slammed, a touch unloved, and wearing an incongruous WWII blackout headlight cover.
