Interesting discovery - the mkII Vauxhall Cavalier was sold in Brazil as the Chevrolet Monza. And I do love a budget build, so this South American GM ticks a few boxes for me - those huge sky-blue rims are brilliantly odd, and the whole things smacks of old-school utility.
