The original Giulietta is everything an Alfa Romeo should be - simple, beautiful and oozing character, charm, pedigree and enthusiasm. Available in various states of tune from humble Berlina to exotic Sprint Zagato, the 90bhp Sprint Veloce sits just below the 116bhp, Sprint Speciale spaceship, offering racey thrills to the common man of the late fifties & early sixties. Sporting the trademark Alfa moustache of the era, this Sprint Veloce was spotted by SuckSqueezeBangBlow at Motorsport at the Palace, luxuriating in the dappled light beneath the trees before pouncing eagerly around the sprint circuit, its alloy twin-cam singing in the sunshine.
(Yes, that is my family you can see reflected in the last picture. Arty, innit?)
